Welcome to the GuestHouse, an exceptional Colorado Boutique Inn! Come in, sit awhile while we take care of a bit of paperwork.

Early Check-Ins can leave their luggage in the Library and their car in our off-street parking lot - Old Colorado City is just around the corner.

A small gift shop offers an item or two to reward those folks back home or to remember your stay in Colorado Springs and the Pikes Peak region.

Breakfast is a special time of the day. The guest may want quiet time to read the paper (several provided) or join other guests to discuss their travels. Weather permitting, the meal can be enjoyed on our veranda overlooking Pikes Peak.

Our gourmet meals are planned to balance nutrition with good eating. Special dietary needs will be accommodated - just let the Innkeepers know a bit in advance. The coffee is ON at 6:30 and those with early departure needs will have breakfast prepared to go.

Home away from home! Relaxing chairs, books to peruse, a fire in the fireplace and snow covered Pikes Peak out the window.

The Old Town GuestHouse seeks to provide the finest in bed and breakfast accommodations. The GuestHouse is equipped with all of the finest amenities and safety features. Smoke, fire & burglar alarms, of course, a sprinkler system, ADA approved room and full accessibility from the parking lot all the way to the third floor guest rooms.

But, while we have an elevator, we don't want you to miss our lovely floral painted staircase. Like a walk in the garden, the stairwell is resplendent with native Colorado flora no matter what the weather is like outside.
