Or for business accommodations, Colorado Springs full-service alternative is the Old Town GuestHouse. Besides private rooms, we offer a full-service, fully equipped private conference room for groups up to 45 people. Also available are video conferencing facilities up to 20 attendees.

 Each guest room is unique in design but identical in total comfort.
Amenities include: TV/VCR/DVD, refrigerator, coffee machine, CD player, WIFI and individually controlled A/C. Our beds feature waveless floatation mattresses.  The private bathrooms have double sinks. Each desk area has a phone with voice mail and a computer port. The African Orchid room exceeds ADA guidelines for disabled travelers. All floors and rooms are accessible by elevator.
To reduce in-room clutter our butler's pantry (on the 2nd floor) is fully stocked with complimentary sundries such as toothpaste, shave cream, a selection of teas and coffee, toiletries, aspirin, stemware and a myriad of other items which our guests may need but not have.

• Major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover) are accepted.
• Rates are based on single or double occupancy, with one Queen or King-sized bed in each room. Rates do not include local taxes. Indian Paintbrush can accommodate a third person (add $20).
• Corporate rates are available for single business travelers, Sunday through Thursday. No Travel Agent fees payable, please!
  
• Check-in is between 4-6 p.m. Alternative arrangements will be made if necessary. Ample off-street parking is available.
• Check-out is 11 a.m.
• Smoking is permitted outside the GuestHouse. Please, no candles, incense or cooking.
• We do not recommend the GuestHouse for young children.
• We are unable to accommodate pets. Kennels will be recommended upon request. Of course, assist-animals are welcome.
• Advance reservations are suggested. Your reservation may be secured by credit card or cash. A Booking Deposit of $20/room/night will confirm your reservation. Payment for the remainder is due at Check-In.
• Gift Certificates and payment vouchers (other than OTGH's) will be accepted for non-discounted reservations only. Taxes and other charges excluded.
• Cancellation: A non-refundable Booking Deposit of $20/room/night is required to confirm your reservation. All reservations are subject to a 14 day (Oct. thru April) or 30 day (May thru Sept. and Holidays) cancellation period. Within that time room fees are due and payable but refund will be made for cancellations if the room is rebooked.
