National and International Videoconferencing The Old Town GuestHouse B&B was newly built in 1997 as a Colorado Springs bed and breakfast. The three story brick building is designed to complement the late Victorian period construction of historic Old Colorado City. The GuestHouse is located on the site of the 1892 city hall, fire station and jail which was surrounded by saloons, gambling parlors and brothels. Ongoing restoration of Old Colorado City preserves its beauty and charm. The Guesthouse offers an 80 amp Tesla supercharging station as well as a Clipper Creek universal charging station for other models of electric cars and hybrids.
