GuestHouse Conference Facility

The conference facility is approximately five hundred square feet and can accommodate groups of up to 45 people. With 5-foot moveable tables and ergonomic office style chairs, the room can be configured to meet your specific needs.
From Board meetings and strategy sessions, to presentations and training; from awards dinners, to grooms' dinners; from birthdays to small wedding receptions, the Conference Facility at the GuestHouse is the ideal place.

Room amenities include: an eight by four foot dry marker board surrounded by tack board side walls. A projector screen is mounted in the ceiling. Overhead and hi-res video projection equipment, as well as easels for poster paper, are available on request. Fax, printer and copy services are also availabe. The room has a phone and multiple computer ports and, like the rest of the Inn, is fully WIFI enabled. All lights are on dimmers.

Meals, snacks and beverage service are available at reasonable cost with advance notice and discounts apply when overnight accommodations are booked in conjunction with your event.

NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL VIDEOCONFERENCING

Videoconferencing offers face-to-face interaction without the expense and inconvenience of travel. Depositions, placement interviews, even preliminary real estate shopping can be accomplished in a matter of an hour or two instead of a day or two.
Our room and VC equipment can serve from 1 to 20+ attendees, advanced capabilities allow seamless transition of camera focus among primary attendees. Flawless reception is virtually guaranteed. Either ISDN or IP technology may be employed eliminating the need and expense of outside bridging services.

VideoConferencing amenities include: Complete privacy, 1 to 20 attendees, choice of technology, 24/7 availability, video recording capability in addition to all of our normal Conference Facility features and services.

Smoking is permitted outside of Old Town GuestHouse. Accessible restrooms (disabled friendly) are conveniently located. Several break out areas are available. The room is totally disabled accessible. To facilitate food needs the room has a private buffet area that can be quietly serviced during meetings. We work with the finest caterers in the area to offer quality and a variety of menus. There are local restaurants within walking distance for off-site meals.

The Old Town GuestHouse has FREE WIFI as well as fax, printer and copier services for a nominal charge. The conference facility may be rented separately from the eight guest rooms. Out-of-town conference participants will enjoy using the guest rooms upstairs for their overnights. If more rooms are necessary there are options available at nearby Bed & Breakfasts.

Spouse events can be arranged. There is an airport shuttle available. We are proud to be an inspected member of Select Registry, a national organization of Bed & Breakfasts serving the specific needs of the business traveler. We are the only Bed & Breakfast in Colorado Springs to have this distinction.
